RAYA is a marketplace that puts your fleet in front of people searching for a car in Syria, and the system you run it with - bookings, branches, prices, handovers - whether the booking came from the marketplace or from the telephone on your desk.

How a booking reaches you

    The customer searches

    A city and two dates. They see your cars with the price they will pay, not an estimate.

  2. 2

    They request it

    The request reaches you at once. You decide: accept it and name the car, or decline and say why.

  3. 3

    Handover and return

    Your agent records the odometer, the fuel and the vehicle condition at both ends, so every later argument has a record.

  4. 4

    The settlement

    The system works out extra mileage, fuel, late hours and assessed damage, and gives the customer an itemised statement.

The money is between you and your customer

The platform never takes or holds your customer's money. They pay you directly at the counter, and the statement shows both of you what is owed and why. What you pay the platform is a fixed monthly subscription - not a cut of every booking.

How you pay

Payment is by Sham Cash. You transfer the subscription amount to the platform account, then enter the transfer reference in your portal. We match it against the wallet statement and activate your subscription.

The Sham Cash account number appears in your portal when your first invoice is issued.

What you need to join

  • Commercial register
  • Tax certificate
  • Owner identity

You create the company account, file the three papers, then send the file for review. We read it and write to the company address with the decision.
